Sarah Morrell
Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Access For Success
Sarah Morrell is the founder and CEO of Access For Success, a disability consulting firm dedicated to improving accessibility and strengthening inclusivity across businesses, organisations, and communities. With a personal commitment to empowering disabled individuals, Sarah draws on her own experiences as a full-time electric wheelchair user to inform and enhance the services her business provides.
Sarah’s background includes coordinating accessibility initiatives as a Disability Support Coordinator for Te Whatu Ora Whanganui's COVID Vaccination Team. She is also an advocate for disabled individuals through her work with Te Pūkāea Consumer Engagement Group. Sarah currently contributes to the Central Regional Consumer Council at Te Whatu Ora | Health New Zealand.
A graduate of Whanganui UCOL, Sarah holds a New Zealand Diploma in Business, which complements her hands-on expertise in the field. Her mission at Access For Success is to deliver comprehensive accessibility solutions that ensure equal opportunities for everyone, driving positive change in the community.
Outside of her professional life, Sarah enjoys exploring local cafes, spending quality time with friends and family, and travelling. Her time living in the United States, namely San Francisco (a highly accessible city), allowed her to observe different approaches to accessibility, which she now integrates into her work to benefit the Whanganui community and New Zealand.
