What is it?
This unique and exciting programme will build a community of possibility leaders and entrepreneurs who have the expertise and passion to contribute to the creation of an accessible future for Aotearoa.
This pioneering programme is built on the Possibility Lens, an approach to leadership, design and innovation, an approach to reimagining our world that is truly future focused, and that is led by a contemporary 21st century accessibility world view.

We have developed a program in partnership with AUT, world class entrepreneurs, designers and leaders locally and globally that will hot house our access entrepreneurs and leaders to bring their access dreams, innovations and businesses to life!
Our Goal:
The goal of the Possibility Leadership Programme is to build a community of possibility leaders and entrepreneurs with the expertise and passion to create an accessible future for Aotearoa.
Throughout the 22 day programme year and 8 targeted modules, from April to November, participants will be supported to:
Learn from and be guided by experts in possibility, leadership, design and entrepreneurship thinking and action.
Develop an understanding in the theory and practise of what it means to be an access entrepreneur, innovator and leader in 2021 and beyond.
Be supported to design and implement individualised and multi-dimensional possibility plans.
Develop a deep understanding of the possibility lens and possibility leadership.
Understand the possibility eco-system.
Develop an understanding of how their individual ideas and innovations will advance possibility.
Develop, design and implement their social change projects.
Who can apply?
The 2021 Possibility Leadership Programme is currently in progress and participants have been selected.
Future successful applicants will:
Have a vision for advancing accessibility and possibility in Aotearoa.
Have a burning passion for creating social change and who have at least one idea they can’t ignore and need to develop.
Have a unique offer to contribute to a truly accessible Aotearoa.
Be ready to make a deep personal commitment to a community of learning and to their own development.
Be open to a new learning experience.
Will accept the invitation to become guardians of possibility.
Be a member of the access community in Aotearoa and reflect the diversity of Aotearoa.
Be a citizen or permanent resident of Aotearoa
