Kirsten brings 20 years of experience in trustee services across private and corporate sectors in New Zealand, Australia, and Hong Kong. She has a strong track record in driving change and delivering value-added solutions for philanthropists and non-profit organisations. Currently, Kirsten serves as the Head of Philanthropy at Perpetual Guardian, which manages the largest portfolio of philanthropic clients in New Zealand, including Givealittle.

By actively engaging with clients, sectoral and related partners and participating in voluntary trusteeships, Kirsten works to ensure her approach remains relevant to today’s philanthropists and philanthropic organisations. She leverages both New Zealand-based and global intellectual capital in philanthropy to create lasting legacies, develop sustainable investment solutions, and implement effective governance and giving processes alongside of her passion for the access and mental health communities.
